Bowling Digital Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Bowling Digital Gift Cards can only be purchased online through Mobile Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card payment. Cash-on-Delivery is not applicable for gift card purchases.

2. The gift card will be activated within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

3. The gift card can be redeemed only through Bowling-owned outlets, Bowling’s official website, or Bowling’s official Facebook page.

4. The gift card can be used only if the selected product is available in stock, either at the outlet or online.

5. One gift card can be used for one single invoice only.

6. The gift card must be redeemed fully in a single transaction. Partial use is not allowed.

7. When using the gift card, if the purchase value is higher than the gift card value, the remaining amount can be paid by cash or digital payment.

8. When using the gift card, if the purchase value is lower than the gift card value, the unused balance cannot be refunded, carried forward, or claimed as cash.

9. The gift card can be used to purchase regular-priced Bowling products only.

10. Discounted, promotional, or clearance products cannot be purchased using this gift card.

11. Customers may purchase multiple Bowling products using one digital gift card, provided all items are included under a single invoice.

12. The gift card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash or store credit under any circumstances.

13. Customers must keep the gift card code confidential. Bowling will not be responsible if the gift card is shared, lost, stolen, or misused after delivery.

14. The validity of the digital gift card will be 2 months from the activation date.

15. Bowling reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
